Getting Started

How long does setup take?
Most courses are up and running in 15-20 minutes. Create your league, configure your handicap rules, import your members, and you're ready to go.
Do I need technical expertise?
No. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use our platform. The interface is designed for golf professionals, not IT staff.
Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely. We offer a fully functional demo mode where you can explore the platform with sample league data, members, and handicap calculations. It gives you a hands-on feel for how everything works before you commit.

What handicap systems do you support?
We support custom league-specific calculations. Configure minimum rounds, scoring percentages, maximum handicaps, and calculation methods to match your league's rules. We're designed for leagues that use their own internal systems, not official USGA handicaps.
Can I import from GolfGenius?
Yes. Export your tournament results from GolfGenius as an Excel file and import directly. We automatically match players and calculate handicaps based on your rules.
Can I manage multiple leagues?
With our Pro plan, yes. Each league maintains its own members, handicap rules, and calculations—perfect for courses running morning leagues, evening leagues, men's leagues, women's leagues, and more. The Basic plan supports a single league, while Pro gives you unlimited leagues.View pricing plans
Do you support different tee boxes?
Yes. Configure multiple tee boxes for each course with different ratings and slopes. Handicaps adjust automatically based on which tees a player uses.
What reports can I generate?
Handicap cards, scoring history, player statistics, and tournament leaderboards. Export to PDF for posting or Excel for further analysis.

Pricing & Billing

How much does it cost?
Basic plan is $299/year for single leagues (up to 100 players). Pro plan is $899/year for unlimited leagues and players. No per-user charges.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrade at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and ACH bank transfers. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer invoicing?
Yes. If you prefer to pay via invoice rather than card, we can send you a professional invoice with net-30 terms. You can pay by card or bank transfer through the invoice. This is especially convenient for courses that need to go through an internal purchase approval process.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.

Data & Security

Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), secure authentication, and regular automated backups. Your data is stored in secure, redundant data centers.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export member lists, scoring history, and handicap data to Excel at any time. You always maintain ownership of your data.
Who can access my league data?
Only authorized users in your organization. You control who has access and what permissions they have.
